University of Texas Chapter

The Longhorn chapter was founded in 2009 at the University of Texas. Comprising mostly of students, we are an enthusiastic group that aims to establish and revive YOUR DIL's important cause within the dynamic student body at Austin. Working with student-based organizations (South Asian and other organizations) we hope to each out to a larger audience in the coming semesters. Please feel free to contact us for future collaborations or for further information at

Our past events have included setting up stalls at Pakistani events held on campus including Basant Bahar and Pakistan Day over the spring semester of 2009. More events during the fall semester are expected to reach out to students of the Austin area. We also support and work closely with the YOUR DIL Austin chapter by promoting their events on campus.
