YOUR DIL Houston was founded in the Summer of 2009. With DIL already established in the Houston area, we aim to reach further into our community to young professionals, Pakistani and non-Pakistani alike. As YOUR DIL's most recent chapter, we have been shown great enthusiasm and eagerness from our members. We have had an exciting year in 2010, hosting events with a great turn out and meeting many new young professionals. Since our inception we have raised over $12,000 for education as well as the disastrous floods.

We have had an exciting and successful year in 2010. We have hosted two events allowing us to meet a large crowd of young professionals with great interest in our cause. Our last event of the year dedicated to helping the innocent flood victims of Pakistan reminded us of the tremendous support we have within our community. As the year comes to an end, we are looking for new energetic and enthusiastic additions to our chapter to help continue our efforts to eradicate illiteracy in Pakistan.
